Career :
A Loiner through and through having been born in the city, he joined Leeds from Hunslet Parkside in December 1993He then came through the ranks of Academy, Alliance and the first team after making his debut in the 1994-95 season. In 1999, he covered for the injured Richie Blackmore but was unfortunate to miss out on the Challenge Cup Final having played in all the league games before the game. In total, Marvin played 74 games for the Rhinos and scored 23 points. |
Rugby
Career :
After leaving Leeds, Marvin joined Halifax Blue Sox before moving onto London Broncos at the start of the 2001 season. After a season down in the capital he returned north to join Doncaster Dragons before joining Widnes in April 2003.
During his time at Leeds he also went on loan to Bramley and played 9 games for The Villagers scoring 3 tries in 1998. |
