Career :
Mike signed for Leeds from Wakefield Trinity, he made his debut during the 1995-96 season and made 18 starts and 5 substitute appearances and scored 5 tries. Mike stayed with Leeds for another season and made a further 16 starts and 2 substitute appearances and scored 7 tries. |
Rugby
Career :
Mike began his career with his hometown club Wigan in 1987 before going onto play for Wakefield. When he left Leeds he joined local rivals Bradford Bulls where he was part of the successful side who won a number of honours including the Grand Final on two occasions. He left the Bulls at the beginning
of the 2004 season to play out a year at Warrington Wolves before retiring. He then joined the Warrington coaching team as their Strength and Conditioning coach, before joining Wigan in a similar position. Mike also represented England in the 2000 World Cup and won Great Britain honours and had a spell with Rugby Union side Saracens.
