There is an allocation of disabled parking spaces and 20 wireless audio units available for each match. It is advisable to book 7 days prior to the match to avoid disappointment. Please contact Emma Warden on 0113 2033 270.
**Please Note**
Parking at the ground is very limited and unfortunately not guaranteed.
Is there any car parking available?
Car parking at Headingley Carnegie Stadium is very limited. There is an allocation of parking in Easy Space carpark on Burley Road. These are available on a season basis only and current pass holders are given first refusal on renewing as with any season ticket. Customers wanting a season carpark pass may be added to the waiting list and will be offered a space if they become available.
Where do away supporters stand?
An allocation of terracing is provided for away supporters in the Western Terrace. These are sent to the club 1 month before the fixture.
Leeds Rugby Ltd does not charge away clubs a premium price; they are charged the same at the home supporters.
When will you have tickets for away fixtures?
All tickets from away clubs are put on sale within 3 days of the club receiving them. The club will request tickets for away fixtures 2 months before the match, but clubs are not obliged to send them within a dictated time period.
Do you provide travel to away fixtures?
Leeds Rugby offers travel to most of its away fixtures. ‘Rhinos on the Road’ offer coach travel to Leeds Rhinos away fixtures.
What if I can’t attend a match after I have purchased a ticket?
In the event that you cannot make a fixture a match exchange can be arranged upon return of the tickets prior to match day. If this is not possible they must be sent with a letter to the manager who will grant a match exchange at their discretion.
What if a match has to be re-arranged?
Occasionally a match may have to be rearranged usually due to factors outside the clubs control i.e. adverse weather conditions. In the event a match has to be moved we will make every effort to communicate with our fans via our website, local newspapers (timescales permitting) and teletext. If you cannot attend the rearranged fixture you would be able to apply for a match exchange. If it is a cup match you would be eligible for a match exchange or a refund on return of the ticket prior to the fixture. This is not applicable to season ticket holders.
Always check www.leedsrugby.com for the most up to date information.
What if the game is called off once it has kicked off?
If it becomes clear that conditions are unsafe to play in the match may be called off after kick off. In this case the customer’s ticket will be valid for the re-arranged game. For Cup Matches if the game is called off after kick off no refunds or exchanges will be available.
